The Market is open and going strong!

The market opened on June 7 with a lot of vendors and lots of produce. Don’t forget to stop by next Tuesday!

Last market of the year coming up, and the market fundraiser dinner

Only one more market left this year! Come to the last market and pick up tickets for the Market fundraiser dinner.

Come to see us on the first day at the new location!

We’re excited to get started at the new location — tomorrow (tuesday), from 2-6 — and hope that our loyal market customers will enjoy it! There are some new vendors and most of our old vendors, with lots of produce and fruit, meat and eggs, breads and other products. In addition, this week there will be knife sharpening and native american flute.

Changing days and hours

As of August 4, the market will be moving! The new location is the parking lot across from City Hall, at 12th and Kalmia; and the new day of the week will be Tuesday afternoon, from 2-6pm.

This change will provide a more peaceful and enjoyable market to encourage customers, allow new vendors to attend, and help the downtown businesses.

The last market on the old schedule will be on Saturday August 1 at Thriftway.

Happy Fourth of July!

The market will be open on the fourth, get there early to avoid the heat! Your regular vendors will be there with produce, eggs, fruit, baked goods, beer, and pasture raised beef.

Pick of the month for September: Corn

Come and get sweet corn at the farmer’s market – the recipe for corn salsa sounds great!

And remember our new hours are 9am to 5pm.

Market Hours Change

Starting next weekend, August 2, the market hours are changing – now open 9am to 1pm. Avoid the heat of the afternoon and get your vegetables in the cool of the morning!

Come get your strawberries

The market opens tomorrow at 10am!
